You are able to display upto 4 images as part of your display page. Images must be a minimum width of 400 pixels and a height of 195 pixels. Only .jpg, .gif and .pnf format images can be used.
Log on
In order to maintain your images you need to log in to the administration area for the associated advertiser account.
The login option appears on the top right of every page – click this option.
A pop-up login box will appear.
Enter your username and password in the appropriate boxes then click submit.
Providing your username and password combination are correct you will be logged into the administration area with your 'home' page displayed.
Updating your feature display images
You will now see a menu of options on the left side of the screen – click the option to 'Edit Images'
You will be shown a screen that displays four image locations. For any images already loaded a thumbnail will be displayed.
To delete an existing image click on the 'clear' button that will be by the side of the thumbnail picture. Once cleared, any other images already loaded that are higher up the list will move position creating an empty image location on the bottom of the list of four, where the button will return to a 'choose' button to enable you to upload another image.
To add an image click on the 'choose' button on one of the vacant image spaces.
You will be given a screen from which you can use the 'browse' option to open a window from where you can locate the image file that you wish to upload. Locate the required image and click 'open'.
The 'browse' window will close and the address of the file you have just chosen will now be contained within the box on the upload page. If this is the correct image file click on 'submit' to upload the image.
You will be taken back to the screen that shows you your current images, with the menu of options still on the left side of the screen. From here you can either select 'choose' to add a further image, or use the menu options to maintain other elements of your display page.
Logging Out
If you have completed all the changes you wish to make log out of the system using either the log out option on the top right of the screen, or by clicking close on the menu of options on the left side of the screen.
What happens next
When you make changes to your display, your page will be placed in a quarantine for us to review prior to being made live for public view. This is for quality review purposes, and to ensure unsuitable material is not released onto The Ad Index. We perform regular daily reviews of all listings in quarantine, to get your display back on view as soon as possible.
If we feel we can help you improve your display page, or if there is content we deem to be unsuitable for display on The Ad Index we will contact you.
