As a registered user you can email supplier links to your friends and colleagues.

• In order to email saved favourites you need to be logged in.
  
  
• Once logged in you will be shown your 'My Account' page.
  
  
• On this page you have an option called 'Manage My Ad Ideas' – click on this option.
  
  
• A list of all your saved favourites will be displayed.
  
  
• Using the options provided you can either deselect / select all favourites by clicking your mouse in the associated box, or clicking on the boxes of individual items in your list.
  
  
• When you have the items you wish to email to a friend with a green tick in their associated box, click on the email button.
  
  
• You will now be on an email form page, with the favourites you chose listed at the top of the page.
  
  
• Within the 'send to' field, enter the email address of the person or company to whom you wish to send the links.
  
  
• Enter your name into the 'from field'
  
  
• Enter your free format message in the large box provided.
  
  
• Once happy with your message and all the fields are completed click the 'submit' button.
  
  
• You will now be shown an 'email successfully sent message'.
  

Use the navigation on the left side of the screen to continue using The Ad Index. If you wish to continue managing or working with your favourites – click on the 'My Account' option.
