This help text covers paying for your advertising both at initial purchase and future renewal.

Initial Registration

Upon initial registration, the online process will take you through payment processing. Our online process uses the secure payment processing services of Paypal.

The amount payable will be shown towards the top right of the screen.

Payment can be made via your Paypal account, or alternatively via your credit card. You are given both options from which you can choose how you wish to proceed. (Should you not wish to proceed there is also an option to cancel the payment and return to The Ad Index – a screen will be displayed advising that payment has been cancelled.)

Should you wish to register as an advertiser with The Ad Index but wish to pay by cheque please contact customer services or call us on +44(0)208 1334 954 and we will manually process your order for you.

Upon successful completion of the payment process a VAT invoice, marked as paid, will be issued for your records.


Renewal

In order to renew your membership you will need to login to your advertiser account. Once logged in you will have an option on the left hand menu called 'Pay Now'.

Clicking 'Pay Now' will take you through the same payment processing as the initial registration process. Our online process uses the secure payment processing services of Paypal. This will securely process payments via either a Paypal account or via a credit card.

Should you wish to renew with The Ad Index but wish to pay by cheque please contact customer services or call us on +44(0)208 1334 954 and we will manually process your order for you.

Upon successful completion of payment a VAT invoice, marked as paid, will be issued for your records.
