In order to rate a provider you need to be logged into your account.

• Once logged in go to the display page of the provider you wish to score.
  
  
• On the line where the name of the media or service provider is shown you will see 5 stars to the right hand side.
  
  
• As you move your mouse point over these stars you will see the pointer changes to a hand.
  
  
• Move the hand over the star relevant to the score you wish to give 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 then click your mouse. The score appropriate to the star you were on when you clicked will be recorded.
  
  
• The score shown for each provider is the average score, therefore you will not necessarily see any change to the given providers score as a result of your vote. You can cast one vote per provider, per calendar month.
  

Note: Work is currently underway to implement the collection of feedback comments associated with your rating. These comments, along with the scoring, will then also be available to view by other registered site users.
